We are now looking for talented Spanish-speaking FIT Travel Specialists to strengthen our Individual Travel department in Copenhagen.

✨ What You’ll Do
• Communicate directly with travelers and create tailor-made itineraries that match their dreams
• Design relevant, well-timed, and competitively priced travel plans using our tools and expertise
• Book and operate individual tours, in close cooperation with our network of suppliers
• Maximize profit margins while adding extra services to enhance guest experiences
• Negotiate with suppliers for the best possible rates
• Collaborate with our Contracting team when needed

💡 What Makes You a Great Fit
• You speak Spanish and English fluently (written & spoken) – extra languages are a big plus!
• You have 1–2 years of experience in Tourism or Hospitality (or a strong desire to grow into it)
• You’re customer-focused, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
• You thrive under pressure during peak season and stay flexible when schedules get busy
• You’re independent, motivated, and ready to be part of a high-performing team
